Individual users can now manage your subscription and payment method

For broker users within their Organization's workspace who want to unlock additional features like unlimited deals, AI Doc assist, templates and more can upgrade and manage their subscription at any time.

How To Manage Your Personal Subscription

#1 Navigate to Settings Page

In your Transact Workspace sidebar, under the profile switcher, click Settings > Subscription

#2 - Setup or Manage Your Subscription

Once on your subscription tab, depending on if your on a Base or Paid plan you will see a 'create my subscription' button. Click on the button to view the different plan options to choose from.

#4 Add Your Payment Details & Save

Once you determine which plan is right for you, simply complete the signup process by adding your payment details. If you do not want to self-pay, you must contact your Admin to manage your subscription through your Organization's Manage Workspace. (see Upgrading or Downgrading a Members Plan for more information)
