Signing In And Creating a Password

How to access your AnthemIQ account & sign-in to your TransactIQ workspace

Once your brokerage has successfully created an organization. You will automatically receive a welcome email with a link to securely sign into your workspace. (If you don't receive, please check your spam.)

If for any reason you don't receive the email:

  1. Click Forgot password? button

  2. Enter the email associated with your AnthemIQ account and submit.

Follow the Reset Password link in the email sent to your inbox to set/save your password. (please wait a few minutes - check your spam folder as well)

The app will keep you logged in for 30 days unless you clear your browser's cache/cookies.

❗️ Troubleshooting Tips


Check your spam/promotional folders. If any AnthemIQ emails end up in these folders, be sure to mark it as 'not spam' to prevent future correspondence from us being missed.


If you are a new broker user and receive an error message, "Email not registered. Please request access from your broker." :

  1. Confirm you're using your correct work email & spelled correctly

  2. Reach out to your team's admin to add your preferred email to their organization


If you are a new tenant client and have not yet received a welcome email, please follow the steps above or reach out directly to your broker in order for them to invite you to your transaction project.
