Create & Share a Tour Itinerary

Learn how to quickly create an itinerary that easily converts into a branded tour book.

Create your itinerary in just a few clicks! Then share with your digital clients, use the new public link in emails and texts or download and share the PDF version.


Get Started

1 | Select Tour Locations

From the Market Survey, check the boxes next to the properties you want to create an itinerary for and click 'Schedule Tour.'


2 | Confirm the details

  • Set the tour date (The date will default to current day.)

  • Update Tour Lead (if applicable)

  • Select Tour Times

  • Add Notes and 'Save'.

  • The default spacing for each property is set to every 30 minutes. This can be edited by click into the time field.


3 | Share the Login-free link, download to PowerPoint & Add to your Client's calendar.

Share: Click to enable and share a public link via email or text. No login required.

Download the Tour Book. Tour books can be downloaded in PDF or Powerpoint format.

Put it on your calendars!

  • Add the itinerary to you and your client's calendars.


View all Tours

From the Tours view in your navigation bar you can see all pending and past tours across all deals you are connected to.

  • From within a deal, your tours view will show all tours for that specific deal.


Digital Itinerary

Once created your digital clients will get an email inviting them to view the new tour itinerary.
