Tracking a property's proposal deal terms and comparing proposals

AnthemIQ proposals tracker is a great way to quickly synthesize the key terms you’re negotiating on behalf of your client. When they log in they can quickly see proposals across all properties, compare versions and add comments.


As a best practice we recommend that you create proposal templates for a standard set of terms you often use for a specific asset type or client. Templates can be configured in your user settings. Learn more HERE.

Add a Proposal

To begin tracking proposals click into the desired transaction and select the Proposals tab in the deal navigation bar.

1 | Select the property

Click the Add Listing button to select a property from the market survey list.

2 | Attach the RFP or '+ a new version' to create a comparison table.

  • Each deal term selected will require a manual input for the most accurate term tracking.

  • Note: Proposal term templates can created in your user or org 'Settings.'

3 | Share comments with your digital clients and co-brokers.

  • Click on the message icon and navigate to the Shared Comments or Team Comments tabs to add comments, ask questions etc.

4 | To compare Proposals from several properties against one another, select Run Comparison. (See image below)

  • Select up to 15 terms to compare, download and share with your client.

5 | Compare different versions against one another. (Your client can do this from their portal login as well!

  • Click the property you want to compare proposal versions. Use the downward carrot (highlighted below() to select from the various versions.

  • Comparing two versions at a time, the third column will identify changes (+/-) for each term.


Compare Proposals across Properties

Click ‘Run Comparison' to compare proposals across multiple listings side by side.

  • From the Compare view, click the download carrot to compare a specific proposal version. (Shown below)

  • Download and share! (Clients can do this too!)


Once a contract is executed - don't forget to take advantage of Lease Expiration reminders by moving the transaction into the 'Executed Lease' stage.
