During the lifecycle of the deal, there are many opportunities to reach out to your listing brokers representing your various market survey properties. There's no better way to do this than while you're still preparing the transaction.

Once invited, the AIQ email lets the Listing Broker know you have an interested client and would like to confirm all the rates and add any missing content or information before presenting to the client.

Email invites will include your logo and signature brand color. See Branding Guide for details.

You have the option to ping the Leasing Brokers by selecting the 'Email Opt-in' checkbox during the property selection process. When the box is checked, the above email will be sent to the Leasing Brokers associated with the listings when you confirm the selection to your dashboard.

All team members (not client members) on that project will be cc'ed on the email as well.
