Quick Facts Before You Get Started

  • Shared Comments allow you to communicate with ALL members of a deal. These comments are visible to all members and everyone can respond.

  • Team Comments are Private to you and your team. Likewise, clients have their own 'team comments' that are private to just the client members.


Individual Space Option Comments

The Comment Box is viewable from each listing's details page. No comments are visible in the public views of market surveys.

  • The rich text editor allows you to emphasize and format your message and link to other resources.


Add General Comments to a Deal

The Comments view within the Deal Sub-Menu, enables you to track all or specific communication by property.

  • View all comments in the 'General Transaction Thread' or click on a specific property to isolate comments.


View ALL Comments within a Deal

From the Activity page in your Navigation bar, view 'Comments' across all of your Deals.

  • Use the highlighted filters to drill into deals at a specific stage or for a specific client.

  • Click the hyperlinked property address to view further details.


Stay up to date

Client Comments will trigger an alert to all members of the deal (via text and/or email depending on individual settings).

  • Note: Image below shows the AIQ logo, your logo will be displayed in the emails to either you and your team or your clients.
