'Comment' with Your Clients

AIQ Comments alleviates the need for long email/text chains that you have to scroll through, instead everything can be kept within your virtual AIQ notebook.


Quick Facts Before You Get Started!

  • Shared Comments allow you to engage with all or specific users within a Transaction. Team Comments allow you to communicate with any co-brokers and team members


Comment on a specific survey property

'Shared Comments' are viewable from each property's details page. They can also be added from this view. (shown above)

  • The rich text editor allows you to emphasize and format your message and link to other resources.


Add 'Comments' to the entire deal

The 'Comments' view within the Transaction, enables you to track all or specific communication by property.

  • View all comments in the 'General Transaction Thread' or click on a specific property to isolate comments.


View all Comments across a Deal

From the 'Activity' page in your Navigation bar, view 'Comments' across all of your Transactions.

  • Use the highlighted filters to drill into deals at a specific stage or for a specific client.

  • Click the hyperlinked property address to view further details.


Stay up to date

Client Comments will trigger an alert to all members of the deal (via text and/or email depending on individual settings).

  • Note: Image below shows the AIQ logo, your logo will be displayed in the emails to either you and your team or your clients.


Tip! Use 'Team Comments' to strategize and work together internally.
