The Active Search Marketplace for Leasing Brokers is a free resource to browse all the active client requirements within a specific area. Think of it as your real-time deals in the market sheet.
How To Use the Active Search Marketplace Tool
1 | Select 'Active Search' from your navigation bar.
2 | Enter one or more zip codes to run the search
3 | If there active client searches that fall within the zip code you'll see results
4 | Set filters to narrow the options: SQ FT range, Commencement Timing, Lease Term and Property Type
Note: Logged out users can browse listings but you must create a free Listings account to creating and submit a listing.
5 | Select a search to view more details of what the client is looking for. If you have a property listing that you think may be a good fit for this client search, check the box in the right corner of the search card and select 'Submit My Listing' button at the bottom of the screen.
6 | Select the listing(s) you want to submit to that search and confirm the selections
Congrats! But...What Happens Now? 🧐
The Tenant Rep Broker running that search will get a notification in their AnthemIQ dashboard. They'll have the opportunity to review your listing and either instantly add it to one or more client dashboards or decline the suggestion.
