The Activity Center for Listings allows you to quickly review everything that has happened on the potential tenant side across all your listings.

From your left navigation bar, select 'Activity'. Any unread notifications will be indicated with a blue indicator dot.

Within the Activity Center, there are two sections:

This page updates you on all the listing activity.

This page keeps track of the listings that you submitted to the Active Marketplace based on general search criteria submitted by a Tenant Rep on behalf of their client(s).

The following are the actions a user can perform inside the Activity Center:

1 | Filter by 'Portfolio'.

2 | Click 'Mark All as Read' to clear the alert for all activities.

3 | Select 'Archive' to move selected activities to that view.

4 | View the full listing by clicking on the address.

5 | A property submission notification will link you to the Active Marketplace, search where you can view the specific details. (shown below in the right side bar.)
