3 Ways To Invite Clients to Work Together with TransactIQ:
Invite clients to become members of deals and join the workspace
Enable the loginless public link and send to them via email or text (no client login required)
Download a PPTX or PDF file, then email or print for clients. (*please note, as of 20/01/25: we no longer support updates to the PPTX/PDF. Not recommended)

1 | Select 'Share' in the upper right-hand corner of the Market survey view
2 | A popup screen will reveal 2 Sharing options: Public Link and Invite Client, Select Invite Client
3 | Select 'Add New Client' and complete the 3 required account details.
If the client has previously been invited, use the search bar and check the box next to their name to invite them back.
4 | Once the client information is populated the "continue" button will turn blue.
Edit the email message as needed. Select 'Send Invite' to preview
Select "Send" in the bottom right of the screen to invite your client to their Market Survey!
Download & Share
To Download the content you create in TransactIQ, locate and select the download icon in the top right corner.

Locate the Download arrow in the top right corner of the applicable screens.
Public Link
The login-less experience is a great opportunity to engage clients in the deal without the commitment of creating an TransactIQ account.
Public links are available for the Market Survey and Tour Itinerary.
Users can view all the property data and content, but cannot leave comments, favorites or disinterest
Users cannot request tours from within the survey

1 | Select 'Share' to reveal sharing options.
Don't forget you can also 'Invite Clients' to create their account and provide full access to the interactive elements of TransactIQ including comments, add favorites and requesting tours.
2 | Select 'Enable Public Link'. Then copy the link into an email or text.
Note: This is a public link that can be shared again by the recipient.

1 | From the saved tourbook , select 'Share' to reveal sharing options.
2 | Select 'Enable Public Link'. Then copy the link into an email or text.
Note: Links DO NOT expire. If you'd like to remove access before the 30 is up. Select 'Disable Public Link'.
