You can add listings by either the property address or coordinates.
Note: If a property has a real Google address, you do not need to add the latitude and longitude. These fields only need to be used for proposed properties that are not registered in Google with a real address.

Get Started
From the Market Survey view select to '+ Add Listing'.
Add an individual Listing
1 | Select '+Search Listings'
2 | Toggle to the Coordinates Search and enter coordinates
3 | If a property match exists, options will be listed in the results view, otherwise you'll be directed to create a 'New Property'.
