Decide what activities and or events in Anthem you and/or your clients should be alerted on. You can also decide whether alerts are received via text or email.

After sending the initial invite to AIQ you can control all future communication.
Clients can still update their own notification settings. In this case, any changes they make will overwrite the preferences you set for them.
Client notifications must be set for each individual user and each transaction they are invited to view.
Don't forget! You can update your own notification preferences in your user Settings.

Set your clients notifications
1 | After customizing your client's email invitation, navigate to the 'Clients & Members' tab within the transaction menu.
2 | From there, select the ellipsis in the right column of the client's record. (shown below) This will reveal the 'Set Client Notifications' option.
3 | Uncheck any notifications (shown at top) you do not want your client to receive. As a default settings all client notifications are enabled.
You can also remove your client from all notifications by clicking 'Deselect All'.
Tip! If you decide to remove notifications, you can still use the email composer within each transactions market survey to send customized updates.
