Use our search tool to find and add properties to your client's Market Survey.

Property Search allows you to quickly pull listings into your client's survey.

Get Started:

Select 'Property Search' from your navigation bar.

You have three options for creating your search.

  1. Search by zip code or city and select from suggested options

  2. Select from previously created deal search criteria

  3. Draw an area.

Note, the map will default to your geographic location (if added to your profile).

Filter and sort your search

Once you select from the options above, you can refine your search using the filter tool found directly above your initial search results.

Filter:

Select the appropriate filters and then click out of the filters to reveal the results.

Sort:

Select how you want to view the results.

Add Searched Properties to a Deal

Simply check the box next to each listing and then 'Add to a Transaction'. to select the market survey.

Save Active Searches

Click the Save button at the top of your search view.

All saved searches can then be accessed again from the 'Saved Searches' link.

Didn't find a particularly property you were looking for? If a property isn't yet in the AIQ Marketplace, you can add it just a few clicks.
