CompStak has 30,000 members who provide crowdsourced data covering the entire United States. Members share their CRE data with CompStak to in return get access to the comps they're looking for.

How does CompStak verify their data?

They gather comps from confirmed CRE professionals who go through a pre-qualification process before they're allowed to submit their data and use the platform. Once a member has been confirmed and shares their comps, all data goes through a verification process.
