Customize with Templates

Pro users can take advantage of customizable deliverables matching each client's specific requirements.

Templates can be created at the individual user level in Settings or organization-wide by administrators with access to ManageIQ within Org Setup. (Only applies to users on the Pro Plan)

Templates, What You Need to Know:

  • Create templates to improve operational efficencies, customize your client's experience and reduce redundant work.

  • Once created you can set a template as a default by company, asset type and/or choose to share with your team. (Teams must be set up in ManageIQ.

  • Administrators can create orgnanization-wide templates for all team members in ManageIQ.


Create and Manage Your Templates

1 | Navigate to your Profile Switcher in the lower left side of the sidebar and click on 'Settings'

2 | Then select, Templates. There are 4 areas of the app where you can create and utilize templates:

Listing Details, Search Criteria, Proposals and Task Workflow.

  • Any existing templates will indicate if they've been associated to a specific Company as well as Team or Organization.


TIP: You can make adjustments to the listing details templates directly from the market survey page by selecting the 'Options' menu dropdown and selecting 'Listing Details Setup'.

Organization Templates

  • Org-wide settings are only accessible to AIQ members with specific access to to the Admin Portal.

  • Templates created here will be accessible across all of your internal team members.

  • Brokers can still choose to use their own templates.

Navigate to the Admin Portal by clicking on your name in the leftmost corner.

  • From ManageIQ, select 'Org Setup' from your navigation panel.


Create Proposal Templates

Click the '+ Template' to open the template view.

a. Name the Template

b. Select an Asset Type

c. Select Company (If applicable)

d. Share with your team (optional)

e. Select & Edit Template fields

  • Click the stack icon next to each term (shown below) to drag and drop into the order you want.

  • Click the pen icon to select new terms.

  • Add Terms as needed
