Your data is private & secure

We've obtained SOC-2 compliance which means we've taken the proactive measures to ensure our product is secure and safe from potential data breaches or hacks. This means you can rest easy knowing the data your input and save to your workspace is safe. We do have several partnerships and API connections with other platforms that power various parts of our app, but our customers data remains private to them.

How Do I Add Property Data into our private org database?

1 | Manual Add

Workspace team members individually add properties via the 'Add Listing' workflow.

2 | Bulk import a file of property data

Before uploading your data, you will be prompted to select the rule for how you want the data to be added. You will also see the confirmation of the private data visibility.

How to recognize private data in AnthemIQ

Any property searches performed in AnthemIQ will default to only those within your org's database.

  • If you wish to view the AnthemIQ global listings, toggle on 'Display Public Data'. We source active listings from our partner, Buildout. (example: arrow below)

How to access Public Marketplace properties sourced via AnthemIQ

We are not a marketplace, but we recognize the need for building or listing data in key markets. We're actively talking to a large global data provider on a partnership that would enhance our property search feature to compete with the other biggest data provider in the CRE space.

We have sourced much of our existing data from 3rd party data providers and sources.

1 | Once you toggle on 'Display Public Data' you'll see public listing counts below the toggle.

2 | Click the carrot to access specific private ad global listings.

3 | Add any public listings added to your market survey. Once added, a record of this listing now is copied over to your private database. From here you can update/edit the record for your private database.

Updating Properties

AnthemIQ Public Marketplace Listings

If you or a team member add a listing from the public AnthemIQ database to a market survey, a new copy of the listing record now lives within your unique database. Furthermore, any edits/updates you make, will only live within your organization's database.

Private Org Workspace Listings

Any listings or edits made to listings by your org team members will only be visible to other members of your workspace organization.
