Resolve missing data errors, create custom fields and add data requirements.

The Review and Edit view is designed to correct any errors due to missing or unmapped property data. Here's an overview of what to look for.

Resolving Errors

Begin at the Import button

1 | If the Import button is grey (instead of blue) you won't be able to import your filed until the errors in your required fields are resolved. Click 'Import' to view the errors. The error message will direct you to the rows or columns (shown above) causing errors. Error messages are most often caused by missing data.

2 | Go to the specific row to learn more, clicking the row message will snap you to specific locations causing the errors.

3 | Check for unmapped fields by selecting the information icon next to 'Data Fields'.


Add Custom Fields

1 | Navigate to the unmapped column header and search for the desired header in the search bar. If there's no match and you'd like for this data be supported in your market survey, then it's time to create a Custom Field.

  • AIQ Survey builder can support up to 5 Custom Fields.

2 | When creating a custom field, select the format the data in this field will be represented in (shown below).

3 | Once the format type is selected the Custom Field Name will inherit the .CSV header title.


Add a Requirement (aka: column)

Want to add a requirement that wasn't included in your original .CSV file upload? No problem, we've got you covered.

1 | Select the +Column icon directly above the image library. This will add a rightmost column directly' next to your view.

2 | Click into the title column to Name the requirement.

3 | Select the red data field header to select the format the data in this field will be represented in (shown below).
