Follow this process to build your client survey from a CSV spreadsheet of properties.

Step by Step Instructions for Using Our Survey Builder Tool:
Before You Begin : Familiarize yourself with how the properties and data will look like once it's in your AnthemIQ survey by opening and reviewing the sample surveys created for you by the AnthemIQ team.
1 | Create a property file with the specific properties and corresponding requirements that are important to your client.
2 | Review your file to confirm the following required fields are included:
Space Name, Total Square Footage and Asset Type and either the city or zip code.
Note: Copy original building row data for any spaces with multiple listings.
3 | Save as a .CSV file and upload into AnthemIQ.

4 | Next the Review & Edit view flags any missing required or optional data.
To review any potential errors or missing data, click the error icon (shown below) in the top left corner of the data set. Click on this exclamation point to view a list of errors or missing data. the error. The error message will indicate if the issue is related to an optional or required field.
5 | Next, edit any row, map column headers, create custom fields or drag and drop images.
๐ฅ Tip: Upload a listing flyer to extract images to the building and listing record.
6 | Time to Import.
When all errors are removed, the Import button in the top right corner will be highlighted in blue. Click to move forward and import your file.
7 | From the Market Survey, apply a listing template (if you haven't already), reorder properties. Learn more about customizing your survey.
