Collaborating on a deal with Brokers who don't have an AnthemIQ license? No problem! Just invite them as a Guest Broker.
What to Know:
Any Guests added to a deal will have the ability to edit, share and comment on the deal they are invited to. The only permission they won't have is to create a new deal.
Get Started:
1 | Guest brokers can be added from the Members and Clients tab within any deal. From here, select + Invite -> Guest Brokers.
2 | Add the Guest Broker's details similarly to how clients are added.
Once added Guest Brokers will be listed under Team Members. (Shown in #1)

Access your full list of Guest Brokers from the Members tab in ManageIQ
*Access to ManageIQ is permission based, please see your system administrator for access.
1 | A full list of Guest Brokers invited to deals within your organization can be viewed from the Members tab in ManageIQ.
This dashboard includes, Last Seen Date, the number of deals they've been invited to.
2 | Click the arrow next to each deal count to view the specific deal names. This includes historical deals.
