Create Custom User Roles

Create & edit AIQ permissions for your organizational roles.

AnthemIQ allows you to define unique roles and permissions based on how your organization operates.

Users with access to ManageIQ can begin customizing roles in the Members tab.

Create a New Role

1 | Select Manage Roles -> New Role to get started.

2 | Start by naming the new Role and then scroll down to define the permissions by toggling or checking the boxes next to each.

  • Select Create to complete the role.


Edit a Role

1 | Go back to Manage Roles to edit permissions for previously created roles.

  • You'll want to do this for Admin, Tenant Broker and Transaction Associate to review the default permissions and adjust according to your organization's structure.


Change a User's Assigned Roles

1 | From the Members tab, select the 3 vertical dots next to each user name and select edit.

2 | Scroll down through the user's basic information to Roles and click the edit icon to update roles based on those created in your organization.
