Why use TransactIQ Digital Workspace for Collaborating with Your Team and Clients?

Set Up your Demo Deal

  • If pitching to an existing client, consider bring in a real deal you've worked with them. You can import previously Executed Contracts using a .CSV file to track key dates like expirations and renewals as well as the financials and term of the deal.

  • Personalize it by uploading the client's logo. We recommend a square image ratio.

  • Use the Search Criteria to capture and display all of the necessary requirements of their property search. Use it to take additional notes during the onboarding and create a project overview brief to help inform every stakeholder of the most important points of the property search.

  • Before your pitch, create a basic Market Survey by adding a few potential properties you think may be a fit for their requirements. This allows them to see a more personalized example of the Market Survey and how to interact with it. Setup the Listing Details and customize every field to exactly what they want to see.

  • Invite your personal email or different valid email as a client user instead of a broker user. Log out of your workspace.

  • Open a new browser window, go to the Log In page, sign-in using your personal email (client) credentials and test that everything looks the way you want it to.

Log into your "client" account to highlight exactly what your prospects will experience when they work with you.

We suggest you demo the following features:

  • Collaboration: Capturing feedback, questions & important data in one place. Show clients how they can click the πŸ’™ heart to favorite a property, πŸ‘Ž thumbs down icon to disinterest, and πŸ‘€ Request Tour to immediately alert you of their initial preferences.

  • Comments: Clients can share their thoughts and ask questions within their own team or directly with you, their broker team. Suggest replacing emails, texts / calls by instead utilizing the variety of messaging features available directly inside your collaborative digital workspace.

  • View-Only access (no sign-in required): If your client or prospect isn't quite ready to create/manage an account yet, demostrate how you can still share the Market Survey and Digital Tourbook with them using a public links.

  • Deal Summary Page: Whenever you click on a Deal, whether from a pipeline or the sidebar menu, you will see the Deal Summary. This gives you an entire overview of the deal. From search criteria, recent activity, current milestone or stage of the deal and more.

  • Additional Resources: Within each deal, clients can access their Document Repository, No need to manage separate access to Dropbox, Sharepoint or Google accounts. Store everything in one place.
