Copy a Deal

Save time by copying details including properties over from one deal into another.

Save time by copying a specific deal's details including properties over to a new deal. You choose what details you want to copy over; choose specific or all properties, comments, attachments etc.

Get Started

From the market survey check the boxes each property you want to copy over (or check the top box to select all). This will reveal the copy feature.

Clicking 'Copy' will prompt you to select whether you want to copy the properties to an Existing Deal or New Deal


Copy into an Existing Deal

After selecting to Copy into an Existing Deal, a new view will open prompting you to decide which deal and details you want.

1 | Use the search bar to select which deal you want to copy to.

2 | Then select which details you want to copy over.


Copy into a New Deal

After selecting to Copy to a New Deal, your view will open to the Deal details view.

1 | Select which details you want to copy over.

2 | If you've included a customer logo in the original Deal, the logo will copy over to this new one. Keep if the new survey is for the same client or remove and add the new client's logo.

3 | Name the Deal

4 | Add existing clients directly from this view. New clients will need to added through the Share feature on the new market survey.

5 | By default the Listing template and Tasks workflows applied to the original deal will copy over to the new one. Uncheck the box for each category to change this setting.

Once the new deal's details have been saved, the new deal will be added to your Purchase or Lease pipeline.
