Teams in Like A Digital Org Chart That Gives You Advanced Permissions and Sharing Options

  • Teams can be created and managed inside the ManageIQ workspace. Click your user name in the bottom left and select Manage workspace. Don't have access & think you should? Reach out to support@anthemiq.com or your TransactIQ Admin for access.

  • Teams allows you to share certain data for permissions and templates created when the 'share with team only' toggle is activated.

  • Currently, a team member user can only be associated to one Team.

Depending on the size and scale of your organization using TransactIQ, will depend on how you choose to build out your Team's Hierarchy. We recommend referencing your company's complete org chart to properly assign managers, correctly identify teams.

How To Create a Team Group:

1 | From ManageIQ, navigate to Members then --> 'Teams' tab

2 | Click 'Create Teams' to create your first Team. Reference your org chart for these top-level teams, you will add them in a waterfall pattern.

3 | Then add team members by clicking the blue + sign next to Reporting Permissions. and select which asset types they are allowed to see and report on.

4 | Teams can be edited at any time by selecting the team you want to manage in the sidebar menu. and Click the gear icon next to the name. This allows you to move & nestle teams to other teams.

5| Add Additional Teams

Repeat the above steps to continue creating more teams until you have your org chart built out.

If you have managing partners or directors who cover large regions or territories, considering putting them in the highest level for that group of teams.

Review The Below Examples Of How Teams Work:

  • Mike is the President on Brokerage Co. - he is added to the global Reporting Permissions, for all asset classes and all teams.

  • Broker Barbara is the Managing Director for the West Coast Region for all asset classes. So she can report on all teams below the West Coast Team: Los Angeles, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco. She has all asset types activated.

  • Kendall Jenson is hired as the Head of West Coast Region Industrial. So she is added but on the Industrial asset class is turned on for her Reporting, but she can report on all the teams running Industrial deals within the West Coast.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Once team members have been added to a team they can begin sharing any templates they've created with the other members of their template. Click here for more info on template creation and sharing.
