Seamlessly integrate all your client's data in one 'Contacts' view, and manage your client, company, deal, and prospect information at once.

Utilize this feature as your centralized CRM solution as we automatically populate contact information as you work and add people to deals.



CLIENTS

Here you will see all client organizations your brokerage is currently or have previously transacted with. (Use the filters to search by The basic details including name and deals associated have been auto-populated.

  • Click on any of the company names to view, edit and add details. Once you've selected a company you have several options:

Edit a Client Profile

Update/add basic client data like logo, HQ location, profile and even your own custom data fields.

View recent Activities, Deals, Clients invited and Resources shared

  • Activities: Displays activities across all deals pertaining to the client org. Use filters to drill in further.

  • Deals: Displays all active or closed deals linked to the Company.

  • Clients & Brokers: Displays all Members and Clients connected to active or closed deals. Click the vertical dots in a specific row to remove or edit details.

Log Updates

Record notes from a call, meeting, email or

  • Once recorded notes, calls, emails appear in the Company's Activity feed.

    Tip! Don't forget to use the filters to drill into specific events.


PEOPLE

Retrieve or Update People Information

From the Contacts view, toggle to People and click on any name to view that Contact's details.

Use the search bar to search for a specific contact or filters to view a specific set of contacts.

Log Notes, Activities, Calls etc.

Select Log Update in the right corner of any Contact view to add a note or log an activity. Each note or activity is time stamped.

Merge Contact Records

Have a duplicate contact? Simply click on the elipsis next to the record, select Combine and search which contact you want to merge with.

Then select which details from the 2 records that you want to keep by checking the box next to those details.

  • Select Confirm then do a final review of the new deal record before saving.
