How to Record a Lease Contract in Seconds with AI Doc Assist

#1: Within a Deal, navigate to the Contract tab in the Deal's subnavigation. Before you begin you must Select Listing (blue button on the right) to associate the contract with.
#2: Drag and Drop your Contract PDF/Docx and wait for your document to upload.
#3: Locate your document, select the AI Doc Assist 🤖 Robot Icon to begin the data extraction process.
#4: You will be asked to confirm the AI Run Extraction. Things To Know:
Processing times can take anywhere from 30 sec to 1 min depending on the complexity and length of the document.
We cannot process scans or images yet (example: an image embedded within a PDF)
Your feedback and experience on this feature is crucial to us expanding its processing capabilities and accuracy in the future.

Click Edit to change any terms it extracted, add any missing or incomplete sections or terms.
