Quick Facts Before You Get Started!

  • Additional Resources make it easier than ever to centralize everything you need to share, document or save for each Deal or Company.

  • The Resources folder supports urls,.pdf, .png, .img, .docx. .csv and .xlsx. file types. and URLs


Add Resources to a Deal

  • Ex: Letters of representation, center of gravity reports, cash flow models etc.

1 | From the additional resources section of a deal, select 'Add Attachment'.

Once you add a property you'll have the option to pin the resource to the Company's profile.


Add a Resource to a Specific Property

Resource storage for each individual record can be accessed via the listing details view (shown below) Here you can select the 'Resources' tab.

Add a Resource to the Company Record

From the Company category in your navigation panel, locate the Company record and select Resources.
