Quick Facts about PDF Extraction:
Extraction of Property Flyers can be done after uploading a property file or when directly editing an existing property record.
If a PDF was created on software that converted the separate images as one image (Canva, Prezi etc), the PDF extractor will not be able to separate the images.

Access Flyer Extraction when Importing Properties
After importing your file, the Review and Edit view allows you to make changes and upload external files.
From Review and Edit slect the image icon in the rightmost column.
Tip! We recommend this method because it allows you to extract building and listing images all at once!
Access Flyer Extraction from a specific listing
Open the edit view for the Building or Listing and select to upload a Listing Flyer or at the building level select the Brochure option.
Step By Step
1 | Drag & drop or upload images into the Flyer or Brochure field.
2 | Confirm extraction. Upload time may vary based on number of images per page but should take less than 30 seconds.
3 | Drag and drop images to the appropriate category. (shown above) and save when ready.
4 | Once added to the record you can click on each image to add a description, drag and drop to reorder and update any other details.Click 'Save' at the top of the record to complete the upload and changes made.
