You can now capture & track all your deals within TransactIQ. Whether the deal type is Lease or Purchase, Tenant Reps can work the deal in Anthem.
Get Started:
1 | Create a Listing Template that includes all your client's purchase property requirements.
2 | When creating a new deal, select 'Purchase'. This then adds the deal to your Purchase pipeline.
3 | From the Deal creation view, apply the lIsting template you created in Step 1 or previously created.
4 | Work all stages of the deal in Anthem, from sharing options to tours and negotiating.
5 | Signed Contract? Use the Contract for a one page summary of the key highlights, dates and terms that were agreed to (shown below).
