How To Manage Deal Flow & Prospective Client Opportunities:
Navigate to Settings > Deal Pipelines in the Manage Workspace (*must have admin access). Here you can customize your pipeline stages to match your organization's or team's process for biz dev. You can set a closing probability % per stage or leave blank to hide.
2. Use the workspace switch to toggle back to your Transact Workspace. From here, select the Prospect Pipeline from your Deal Pipelines page. This page will look similar to your lease pipeline, but will have stages for tracking prospective business opportunities.
3. Click '+ Add Deal' button to create a new opportunity. Be sure to give your deal a unique name, add the company and any other relevant details.
4. Just as you would with a traditional CRM software, use your prospects pipeline to update status, track critical tasks and action items.

4. Create a Sample Market Survey
This is a great way to catch their attention early and differentiate yourself from the competition. Build a digital market survey and when you're ready, click Share.
Enable the public link and drop that the link into a text or email to your client, explaining that you utilize a deal management software & wanted to show them a few properties that might interest them. They will be able to view the market survey and the properties, which opens the door to a follow-up conversation or demonstration.
