What's New: February Release 2024

🀝 Bring all your existing deals into TransactIQ to manage renewals opportunities

Updated over 9 months ago

Over the past few months we've been diligently releasing new features to make TransactIQ the one app for where work gets done in CRE. Now you can easily manage contact records, run Insight reports, and even track all your prospecting efforts from your workspace.

Beginning this month, users can now bring all their existing deals into their workspace. From the Closed Deals tab on the deals page, you can bulk import historical deal data.

What does this mean? Any previously executed deals you've completed before managing them within your TransactIQ or active deals currently in progress can now be easily created in the system with just a few clicks.

This is a big win for our customers as we know most brokers rely heavily on tracking lease renewals for client retention. TransactIQ can help brokers stay on top of these renewals with key date reminder features.

We've also made some improvements to the way you can invite your team members or guest brokers to a workspace. If you are inviting a team member who is a member of your firm or office, you simply add a few details and they'll receive an invitation to join you.

Or you can always add an external member using the Guest Broker feature. This is a great choice when you're co-brokering a deal with someone at another firm, they will have access to only that deal but not any details or data of your organization.
