1 | Get Familiar With Your Workspace
Think of your TransactIQ Workspace as your new Digital Office. It's a central place to manage all of your deals, prospecting efforts & connect with your clients. At first, it will feel pretty empty, but we're going to change that.
Soon, it will look something like this. π€© π
By default, when you log-in you should land on the Lease Pipeline Board. You will see a Sample Demo Deal.
Feel free to click around and play with the sample deal to get familiar with the key features of the platform. iIt doesn't get included in any of your insights or reports totals (You can delete this deal at anytime)
2 | Configure Your Settings & Add a Profile Picture
Use the Profile Switcher in the lower left corner of your workspace & click 'βοΈ settings'.
From here you can fill out your profile, we highly recommend adding a profile picture if you haven't already done so.
From Settings you can also manage your Subscription, Notifications & Templates.
3 | Invite Your Team Members To Work With You
TransactIQ was designed to be a collaborative workspace with your team and clients. Your organization's workspace can support just one user or thousands depending on the size of your firm. If you are an Admin with access to ManageIQ, you can invite additional team members and manage their plan, and access from the ManageIQ workspace.
If you are not an admin, but a team member of an existing organization and you wish to invite other brokers or guest brokers to join you in your workspace, you can do so once you create your first deal. Inviting your team to help manage your deal is the best way to start becoming more efficient as a team and brokerage.
4 | Begin populating your workspace with deals
Think of a deal record as your digital database for all things related to a specific space search. Deals are what drive everything else in TransactIQ forward. It doesn't matter what stage of lifecycle your deals are in. You can add them all.
5 | Learn How To Build a Digital Market Survey
Use our Survey Builder Tool to efficiently upload property data to build out your survey.
Surveys are fully configurable and offer a variety of ways to present property options in the way that matters most to you and your clients.
All data you input stays private within your organization's workspace. We are not a marketplace, nor distribute any of your data across our network. Learn more about your private property database here. The public database of properties are listings we obtain from 3rd party listing services.

6 | Invite Your Clients To Collaborate With You
Now that you've got your team invited, created a deal, and built your first market survey, it's time to begin putting your digital workspace to work.
Inviting your clients to work on the deal digitally means they can review options on their own time, provide asynchronous feedback, and ask questions. Your clients can request tours, mark their favorites and you can even assign clients tasks to complete.
7 | Tours, Proposals & Executing a Contract
Our platform goes far beyond just basic market surveys. You can track and manage every major milestone of a deal within the platform.
The Deal Summary page is a great way to see what needs to happen next in your deal.
π₯ Tip: Proposal Tracking is something we invented. Highlight your negotiating skills and present your value visually to your client when you track deal terms using the Proposal Tracker.
π₯ Tip: Closing a Deal is a great way to start storing all your critical deal information within your workspace. The more executed contracts you save within your workspace, the more accurate your insights & reports become. (paid plans only)
8 | Let TransactIQ become your all-in-one workspace.
Task Management: Improve your processes when you document work to be done using tasks. Paid plans include task templates to make sure your entire team is delivering a consistent experience, deal after deal.
Contact Management: Centralize your client and contact data in the same place where deals are getting done.
